Urn with Lion Head Handles

A tall and large lost wax cast bronze urn on pedestal adorned with lion head handles. Created with the traditional technique of the lost-wax, this bronze urn feature a splaying silhouette adorned with gadroon motifs on the lip. Decorated with foliage surrounding a central cartouche, the urn is flanked with lion heads with ring pulls. Raised on a tall pedestal with acanthus leaves and adorned with a winged Nike surrounded by cherubs, this bronze urn on pedestal will be an excellent addition to any garden is part of our bronze urn and Greco-Roman collection.
