Anxiety Herbal Blend -ashwagandha, lavender, tulsi (holy basil), peppermint, damiana, magnesium citrate, L-theanine -herbs selected for their anxiety relieving properties but have many more benefits. Add kava or red kratom extract/powder for an extra boost, I recommend adding kava extract the most.
