
Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye
Description This is our signature "steak lovers" steak. There is simply nothing that presents itself as beautifully, nor tastes as great as a well-prepared, Wagyu Tomahawk. The Tomahawk is technically a bone-in Ribeye steak with its "frenched" bone still attached which gives it its name, "tomahawk," and It looks as impressive as it tastes. Typically weighing approximately 2-3lbs, the Tomahawks are beautifully marbled, wonderful tasting, and great for sharing and those fun occasions when you want a little more than just a great steak. Preparation We have grilled them, barbecued them, smoked them, reverse seared them, and more; but we find that a grill and/or smoker helps with their size. RANGE recommends cooking them to medium-rare (130-135ºF internal temp) and reverse searing them for the best results.
