Gianduja (Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Spread)

Gianduja was developed in Italy during the 1800's — a blend of chocolate and hazelnuts. For a product to be designated Gianduja, it must contain at least 30% hazelnuts — ours rings in at over 50%. We developed this product over the past decade. The final result is lush and silky — with a simple ingredient list. Enjoy on toast, as a topped on a bowl of ice cream, or blending into a homemade treat.
