BLiS Bourbon Barrel Aged Soy Sauce

BLiS has teamed up with Yamato Soy, one of the best soy sauce producers with over a century of soy sauce brewing tradition. Aged for over a year in Japan and then aged again for a year in BLiS 20 year old maple bourbon barrels. The result is a more complex flavor than traditional soy sauces.
