Gran Cava De Oro Tahona Plata Tequila is a true sipping tequila. At 42% Alc./Vol., made with 100% Blue Weber agave, cooked in brick ovens, pressed with a roller mill, and fermented in stainless steel tanks, it will be hard to find a tequila that beats this one. By means of traditional method, the grinding is carried out using the Tahona with a great lineage of supreme agaves, and a wild fermentation in wooden vats for 120 hours, increasing the complexity and richness. Finishing with a pure distillation in copper stills, which is distinguished by its quality and nobility.
