This book is a Product of GopiparanaPrabhu’s defunct school in Govardhana, called Srimadbhagavata-vidya-pitham. As its name suggests, the Sanskritschool was centered on the knowledge of Bhagavatam: Its firstverse, the foundation of this knowledge, is dissected here inthe second part of the book with Gaurapada Dasa’s translationof Sridhara Svami’s commentary and Matsya Avatara Dasa’stranslation of Visvanatha Cakravarti’s commentary.
