LL2705, AW-SIC-121 Mosfet for GM Speedometer Cluster Display Repair, Suburban Tahoe Yukon Silverado Application:Chevy/GMC Silverado, Sierra, Avalanche, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban (2007-2013) Does your PRNDL and/or Odometer (Driver Information Center that displays fuel and trip information)  no longer work? This LL2705 MOSFET is probably the culprit. They often overheat and fail. If you have soldering skills, you can replace this part and save hundreds of dollars over the cost of a replacement Instrument Cluster.
