In martial arts, an Uke is a person on whom techniques are demonstrated typically for educational purposes. Adding a dedicated Uke to your private lesson is a great way to ensure you see everything from every angle, allowing Coach Charles to teach more effectively and gaining yourself or group an extra rolling partner after the lesson.   Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to make the most of your session!
