It's tall, elegant shape is a perfect new find for your bar! The inscription reads "Penn State Mixed Doubles 1971 Winner." Made by Crescent Silver Co. Heavy, high quality. Perfect memento for any Penn State fan! There are a few surface scratches to the silverplate and could use a little polishing inside. 10" tall. Stirrer is 12.5" long and has the three crowns mark, early 20th century.
