However, this one will provide a more solid feel and connection to the targeted muscle. Traditional ropes tend to twist and bend in your hands. By having a firm steel handle to grip, our “not-a-rope” gives a more positive feel than the traditional rope. This attachment can be used for tricep pushdowns, lat pullovers, face pulls, and more. Weighs approximately 3 lbs 1.25” diameter handles Handles are not knurled unless knurled option is chosen. If knurled option is not chosen, we recommend the Textured Black.
