We’ve gotten tired of using wobbly, flimsy, seat too tall, back padding too low, benches for our dumbbell movements. So we designed our own. Slightly reclined back pad with MORE THAN ENOUGH support! It’s big, it’s strong, it’s adjustable, and it’s better than anything we’ve used in the past. Most importantly, it will keep you stabilized during your workouts.    Details of our Swole Seat: Length with footrest on last hole (shortest length) is approx. 36".
