“The Hammer-er” With Knurling

The Hammer-er is a multi use hammer/neutral grip attachment. It is perfect for cable hammer curls, neutral tricep press downs and so much more. The attachment eye bolt is also stainless steel! Weighs approximately 5 lbs 10” from center to center of handles 5.5” grip space on each handle  1.25” diameter handles Handles are not knurled unless knurled option is chosen.
