The Austin Saengerrunde Damenchor is excited to present this limited edition Saengerrunde 1879 t-shirt design as a fundraiser. The Damenchor is a volunteer-run non-profit organization devoted to singing and sharing German song. All proceeds from the sale of these shirts supports the Damenchor in: purchasing music, participating in state and national Sängerfests (singing festivals), hosting our annual Weihnachtskonzert (Christmas concert), and more!The Austin Saengerrunde was established in 1879 by German immigrants to sing and enjoy friends. We continue the tradition today while celebrating the German culture through singing, dancing, festivals, parties, beer, wine, and food.
