Silk Ribbon, natural dyed, rust printed

These ribbons are torn from a silk haboti piece in two different widths. The colors and pattern are different for each ribbon because it moves across the silk as it was originally dyed. The colors and pattern come from natural dyes and rust. Some of the ribbon is more yellow and some more pink. I used osage orange for the yellow and cochineal for pinks . The rust moves through the yellow and creates grey greens. The lengths are 2 yards or 72" and the widths to choose from are 1.5 inches or 2 inches. I recommend to hand wash in mild soap and air dry. You can totally use a hot iron as well.
