Wool Hand Bag - Hollyhock

This bag is made with an upholstery weight felted wool which I dyed with hollyhock and rust. The strap is natural. The liner a fine vintage cotton synthetic blend in a damask pattern. The bag measures 11 inches wide by 9 inches with a 1 inch boxed corner on the bottom  These bags are all made from left over poncho fabrics and other no waste making practices. They are all different in size, dye, and slightly in style. The straps are are cotton cords that have been dyed or not and braided with 4 strands, then are inserted thru a grommet that has been reinforced with leather. There is a magnetic clasp and a larger size pocket. The liners are all vintage fabrics or repurposed cottons that I collect. This bag has a bohemian quality that is functional, sustainable and stylish.
