Over Thinking

18 x 20in Acrylic Painting on Canvas  As a mother, businesswoman, nurse, ALL THE THINGS I spend time overthinking. I find myself wrapped in my thoughts so much so it gives me anxiety out of this world. Funny enough I find comfort in overthinking. Overthinking allows me to sort of escape the sitting in my current emotions. You know, keeping busy to keep myself from feeling. This piece is the juxtaposition of overthinking, overwhelmed, and the need to sit in and sort through it all.
