Each serving is equivalent to about 1 egg. Shelf-life of up to 10 years unopened.  Instructions:  Open: Open can and discard oxygen absorber. For one egg equivalent, mix 2 1/2 tbsp. whole egg powder and 2 1/2 tbsp. of warm water. Cook as desired. If using with other dry ingredients reconstituting is not necessary.
