Our traditional mild yet full-bodied sauce originally called Papa Sal's Sauce. Italian Hearts Three Meat Sauce is a nod to Papa Sal's Grandfather's recipe. The 3 meats that cook in this sauce are sweet Italian pork sausage, pork ribs, and premium chuck roast and Flocchini Sausage Company. Seasoned with our unique blend of organic spices and a dash of red wine, it's a savory sauce you can serve on pastas, over fish, meat, pork, or poultry. Meats we use are grass fed, grass finished no hormones , nitrates , or antibiotics used. Removed from sauce before jarring.
