Makes 4-6 Servings Green & red lentils, tomato sauce (vine-ripened fresh tomatoes, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper and naturally derived citric acid), diced tomatoes (vine-ripened fresh tomatoes, salt, calcium chloride, and naturally derived citric acid), onion, bell pepper, celery, tomato paste (vine-ripened fresh tomatoes, and naturally derived citric acid), garlic, balsamic vinegar, vegan sriracha, sea salt, spice Spice level: mild Cooking Notes: Slow Cook. (We don't recommend cooking dried beans & lentils in the instant pot on pressure cook, as they are more difficult to cook consistently). No stove top cooking required. Serving Suggestions/ Ingredients to have on hand: Serve on a whole grain bun with sliced avocado and shredded cheese. We also love to serve this in a roasted sweet potato/yam. Side salad or your favorite steamed/sauteed/roasted veggies.
