You may want to consider using them for wraps or place them on a serving plate to showcase your culinary masterpiece. · The seasonal nature of wasabi leaves means they have limited availability and can only be ordered from April to October. · Fresh Wasabi leaves can be used whole or finely chopped. Adding them to salads, pickles or stir-fries will introduce a subtle wasabi flavor that enhances the overall dish. Experiment with using wasabi leaves with vegetables, fruits, meats and fish. · Please note: only leaves are shipped when ordering this product.
