We Taste Citrus Oil, Peach, Fresh Caramel Processing Washed Region Santa Barbara Grown By Danny Moreno, Finca El Filo Elevation 1,600 masl Varieties Pacas   Danny Moreno is a 40 year old coffee producer located in Santa Barbara, Honduras. His farm, Finca El Filo, spans 3 hectares of land, where he cultivates primarily the Pacas varietal, a rare, natural mutation of the Bourbon variety.  We have purchased coffees from the Moreno family for many years. Some from Danny, and others from his late father, Daniel. They've always been favorites, and after a short break, we're thrilled to have Danny's Pacas back on our menu. These coffees are complex, well balanced, and intensely sweet. The rare crowd pleaser that is simultaneously interesting and dynamic. In the cup, we're tasting notes of citrus oil, peach, and fresh caramel.
