We Taste Red Grape, Vanilla Pudding, Floral Honey Processing Washed Region Oaxaca Grown By Community Farmers Elevation 1,700 - 1,900 masl Varieties Pluma, Bourbon, Typica   In the Mixteca region of Oaxaca, the San Pedro Yosotatu community is home to 40 family members and neighbors who grow coffee, and sought independence from the larger coffee growing organizations in the area. Most of the farmers contributing are only growing on 1 to 2 hectares of land.  This lot, dubbed "Especial," is the cream of the crop from their harvests, sorted separately for the best quality (from what was already excellent coffee.) Simply put, it's the best coffee we've ever tasted out of Oaxaca.  In the cup, we're tasting notes of grape, vanilla pudding, and floral honey. Supply of this one is extremely limited, so don't wait.
