Here, groups of smallholder farmers contribute their lots, creating a field blend composed of multiple local varietals including typica, castillo, caturra, bourbon, and catimor.  This community lot is a perfect daily drinker. It's very sugar-forward, with notes of nougat, sugar cookie, and cocoa, but balanced with a refreshing acidity that keeps the experience light and easy.
