Mount Franklin, 8x10 inch fine art print, White Mountains, New Hampshire
Mount Franklin doesn't get a lot of love. It's not on the NH 4,000-footer list because there is too little elevation change between it and Monroe. It's off the Crawford Path on an out-and-back spur rather than a convenient loop back to Crawford. It's pretty lumpy and indistinct from most angles. And although it is on the Presidential Range, it's not named for a president (but who doesn't love Ben Franklin?!). So I'm giving Franklin its due anyway, with a dramatic portrait complete with swirling clouds and sunset-tinted light. You're welcome, Mount Franklin. 8x10 inch fine art paper print printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper: a 100% cotton paper with a smooth surface texture image is printed with a 1-inch white border, bringing the total sheet size to 10x12 inches
