In Person: Foothills Medicinal Herb Walk — August 24th

On this morning plant walk, we will learn about our unique Foothills ecosystem, take a relaxed stroll on a beautiful trail, and discover the many medicinal plants that are all around us. Tapping into our senses, we will discuss how to distinguish some of our favorite local medicinal herbs. This is a grounded and beautiful way to begin the day, as we immerse ourselves in nature and dive into each plant's properties and how to work with them. No previous experience is needed, and we will be using language suitable for beginner to intermediate levels.
