Pates De Fruits

Blueberry, Morello cherry, Passion fruit and Pear Lime French-style fruit gelée. These traditional confections date back to 10th century France and the days before refrigeration. Fresh fruit was preserved with sugar and made into jelly, some firm enough to cut into shapes.
