Gorgeous rare feather and velvet haute couture gown by Givenchy we believe to be from Autumn Winter 1968-1969. This gown once belonged to Countess Anita von Galen, a German aristocrat and socialite known for her avant-garde sense of style and brilliant grand entertaining. She was also known to be a close friend of Hubert de Givenchy and his partner Phillipe Venet.
