FIRE CIDER
A tonic to bring warmth and vigor into the body. Fire Cider is a folk remedy infusing fresh, heavy hitting plants in vinegar. Vinegar has a special talent for pulling minerals & other beneficial compounds out of plants. The infusion jars are shaken every day with good intention for at least a month, strained and hand pressed, sweetened with raw honey, and bottled just for you. Everything stays vibrant and raw since we never heat our fire cider and we only make it seasonally (in the fall) so each batch is unique. This season (Fall 2023/Winter 2024) includes many ingredients we grew ourselves in the Catskills such as horseradish, onions, jalapeƱos & rosemary. The ginger is grown locally in NY (yes!) and the garlic, which we helped harvest this past July, comes from our good friends in Marengo, IN. The honey and apple cider vinegar were also born and raised in NY State.Recommended dose is to shake well and take daily especially when feeling vulnerable health wise, cold in the body
