La Fila Honey

This honey-processed coffee comes from Rivense–La Fila, a section of their farm that’s managed with sustainability in mind. La Fila is designed to reduce environmental impact through practices like proper shade management (which helps enrich the soil and keep coffee trees healthy), fertilizing based on annual soil tests, and selective herbicide use only where aggressive grasses grow. The farm also protects all water sources and includes fruit trees throughout the land to support local wildlife.
