El Salvador-Quemela Honey

This coffee comes from Mario Selva's farm Montenevado Estate. His farm is broken up into 3 sections. Each section has specific varieties of coffee growing, some with little shade and some heavily covered with shade trees, depending on what it takes for the variety to thrive."Quemela" is the section of the farm that Recluse has been buying primarily buying from for the last 4 years. One of our favorite varieties Pacamara is exclusively grown in this part of the farm.  We have a small amount of this lot and it will go fast.
