Located at a high elevation in Honduras, his farm produces coffee cherries that ripen slowly, resulting in a wonderfully sweet flavor profile. Beyond his role as a producer, Lennon is a skilled roaster, quality control expert, and barista, bringing unparalleled dedication to his craft.
