For over two decades, Oscar Omar Alonzo has been dedicated to cultivating exceptional coffee. As the owner of Finca Cual Bicicleta ("Which Bicycle") and Finca Vi Un Pato, he has built a reputation for quality and innovation.  Oscar and his son, Melvin, who represents the fourth generation of coffee growers in their family, manage the farm together. In 2003, after connecting with COMSA, Oscar embraced organic farming and transitioned Finca Cual Bicicleta to sustainable, chemical-free production. Over the years, he has incorporated organic and biodynamic methods, enhancing both yield and quality. Beyond coffee, the farm also serves as a community learning space where Oscar teaches local children about organic agriculture.
