This lot is made up entirely of Pink Bourbon, a variety prized in the region for its bright character and naturally sweet cup. Unlike some of the fruit‑forward Pink Bourbons you may have tried, this washed selection somewhat leans into comfort. It opens with a tropical candy sweetness, followed by gentle cinnamon spice and a brown‑sugar richness that rounds everything out. The result is a clean, inviting cup that feels both familiar and quietly distinctive.
