The BenchK 711B gymnastic wall bars feature 9 oval wooden rungs that beautifully complement the sturdy metal profiles. These rungs are crafted from solid beech wood, hand-oiled with two layers of organic, food-safe oil from Germany, rather than being varnished. We use only the finest materials, including durable and tactile beech wood and powder-coated metal. This allows for the creation of a stylish mini home gym that occupies just 1 square meter. NOTE: if you are planning to use a pull-up bar, you will need to have at least 7 7⁄8″ – 9 7⁄8″ between the ceiling and the top of the pull-up bar to make sure your head doesn’t hit the ceiling when doing pull-ups Installation Guidelines The decision and responsibility for the method of installation of the wall bars rests with the customer. Wall mounting is not possible to a plasterboard wall. The minimum required wall thickness in the case of installation with the use of Fischer expansion bolts available from BenchK is 12 cm/4,7″.
