I know that change is difficult but it is possible. I keep thinking that I will do something tomorrow and then tomorrow comes and I can't remember what it was I said that I was going to do, so I end up doing something else. For example, this collection of thoughts is years in the making. There were days that I was just too afraid to write about what I was dealing with, so I would put it off for another day. Then at the end of the day I realize what I was supposed to be doing. So then one day becomes two just like that. It is similar to standing on the sideline waiting for your turn at jump rope. I would make all the movements to jump in but kept waiting for the best time to jump in. Does anyone else know what that feels like?
