B&K Components ST-140 Stereo Power Amplifier

For sale, we have an early version of the B&K Components ST-140 Stereo Power Amplifier. This early version has an iron core transformer. It was recapped by the previous owner using modern electrolytics. The main filter capacitors were not replaced, and test within spec. The rear power switch was bypassed by the previous owner, and we installed an new power switch on the front of the unit.  The prior owner also installed Vampire RCA jacks. A very capable, warm sounding amp, we enjoyed listening to it. The previous owner was a hobbyist, and we obtained his collection, which consisted of pieces that were modest, well reviewed, and fit into the best bang for the buck category.
