The price we charge is the maximum amount that you will pay Red 7 Ranch Ranch (R7R) directly for the animal and slaughter charge; this does not include custom processing. Customer will pay for the cost of processing directly to the processing location when picking up the meat. This item cannot be shipped/delivered customer must pickup the meat themselves. A rough all in ESTIMATE for a Quarter of beef with a hanging weight of 185lbs including standard processing is about $900. For clarification, when purchasing a quarter of beef from R7R you are getting a split half of beef. This means that each quarter from the half will get equal amounts from the hind quarter and front quarter
