We are excited to announce the 2026 Hired Guns Guest Chef Dinner Series!! It's no wonder that the Hired Guns Guest Chef Series always sells out when you know that we've hosted chefs like Matt Conroy & Isabel Coss, Jeremiah Langhorne, JJ Johnson, Karen Akunowicz, Vivian Howard, Jenner Tomaska, Brooke Williamson, Brian Voltaggio, and Kelsey Barnard Clark. And YES, they cook their own dishes and bring them out to your table, just like the Gunshow kitchen team does. The 2026 season line-up is an outstanding line-up of talented chefs representing various cuisines, from all regions of the country!
