Known as dong pian in Chinese, winter harvests like this offer an exciting chance to discover a new side to tea. While spring harvests typically offer a bolder and more floral profile, the cooler seasonal weather gives winter harvests a more refined character, yielding pronounced notes of sugarcane and a creamy finish. Our Jin Xuan Winter Sprout is crafted from the Jin Xuan ("Golden Lily") cultivar, the original source of milk oolong. However, compared to our standard spring harvest of Jin Xuan, our Winter Sprout leans away fr
