I specifically formulated this to encompass something safe and effective for children and adults. Organic California Poppy: Gentle, yet effective (and difficult to source!) Originally known as a Native American herb, antispasmodic and relaxant. Anxiety, sleeplessness, stomach cramps and toothache. Organic Skullcap: Used commonly as a relaxing nervine. Headaches, migraines, insomnia, PMS symptoms, nervous exhaustion and teething. Also is used to ease discomfort during drug and alcohol withdrawal. Organic Lemon Balm: Gentle sedative and digestive aid. It calms the nervous system and relieves tension. Also used for fevers and painful menstruation. Ingredients: Organic California poppy, Skullcap, Lemon Balm, GF Alcohol
