Love the Cat Eye Effect! We have the perfect pigments for you! 6 Colorful Cat eye pigments: Pink, Red, Blue, Purple, Gold and Green You will need a Cat Eye Magnet Stick to create the Cat Eye Effect. Cat Eye Magnet Stick  HOW TO USE: 1. Choose your base color gel color. (Preferably a darker shade). 2. Apply the base color to the nail and cure according to the manufacturer's instructions. 3. Mix the Cat Eye Pigment color of your choice with a clear no wipe top coat or clear builder gel. Small amount of pigment to mix uniformly with the clear. 4. With a gel brush, paint the mixture evenly over your base color. **You can also create an ombre effect and paint two different cat eye colors over the nail. 5. DO NOT CURE- with your cat eye magnet you will create your cat eye effect as you wish. Using the magnet to move the pigment.
