Old Fashioned Cocktail Syrup

The caramel notes of organic demerara sugar, citrus tang of fresh orange peel, and tart sweetness of organic cherries combined with mountain spring water, and enlivened by a nutty and complex blend of cinnamon, clove, cardamom, and bitter herbs. Just add 1/4 oz of syrup to 2oz of whiskey, pour over ice, and add a strip of orange peel for panache. Well-balanced, roundly smooth and layered, this blend is good enough to drink on its own over ice.
