If you are looking to just get a sample of all the available cuts, we will stock each box with a variety of cuts. This is just a small portion of the whole cow and every box will vary slightly each month in the type and amount of cuts. Each box sent out will be a variety of different cuts, most which are not usually found in your average grocery stores.
