Cinnamon Roll Baking Class

EACH CLASS PURCHASE OF $110 IS FOR AN INDIVIDUAL, NOT A COUPLE. THIS CLASS IS 2.5 HOURS LONG. EXTRA TIME IS NEEDED FOR PROOFING, BAKING AND COOLING CINNAMON ROLLS. EACH STUDENT TAKES HOME A PAN OF BAKED & ICED CINNAMON ROLLS. Join Anne, Lili and Sammy for cinnamon-scented baking fun. You'll learn the basics of soft, fluffy cinnamon roll dough,and you'll roll out, fill and bake a pan of cinnamon rolls! You will work with our Cinnamon Roll Filling for a delicious cinnamon-streusel ribbon inside your cinnamon rolls. We teach a sour cream powdered sugar glaze that's a must for creating a balanced flavor profile that isn't overly sweet. While the cakes proof, we will demo the dough-making process along with how you can use the same dough for making mini braided cinnamon roll muffins. You'll try your hand at the technique for braiding adorable mini braided cinnamon rolls. While the cinnamon rolls bake, we will treat you to a lunch of Uncle Pat's Chicken & Sausage Gumbo with Parish Ri
