Every day, almost 50 children between the ages of three and six are looked after here, given regular meals, and taught. During the picking season, the number of children increases many times over. Then, the women come from the surrounding communities and live in the specially built pickers camp, a facility with sleeping accommodations and showers, where they are fed.
