Each farmer grows around 200-300 coffee trees, and cherries are hand-picked and processed at the Kaguyu factory. Using a fully washed, double-fermentation method, Kaguyu ensures high-quality beans. After pulping, the coffee is dry-fermented, washed, soaked, and finally sun-dried on raised beds for careful defect selection.
