North Fork Whiskey Washed Munster

The rebel cousin of the cheese family - funky, rich, and unapologetically creamy, like buttered popcorn that quit its day job and joined a rock band. Named after our home township and the North Fork of the Crow River, this French-style munster is washed in local Minnesota 14 beer from Panther Distillery, giving it a bold, briny edge and that perfectly pungent funk we’re known for. Wrapped in muslin to keep its ooey-gooey paste in place, this cheese isn’t shy - and we love it that way. Over time, the center gets creamier, the flavor deeper, and the rind beautifully wild. Mold on the rind? Totally normal - slice off the top and scoop out the good stuff. Best served at room temp for maximum ooze and attitude.
