Western Mini-Chef's Knife — Dyed Maple Burl & Linen

This smaller chef's knife is great for the home cook. Rarely do you need more blade when cooking for 1-3 people. It's lighter and more agile than the full sized chef.  It takes ups less counter and cutting board space, and it feels more natural in small to medium hands than a larger knife. The blade profile ground in a high rounded sabre. This gives the durability and cutting consistency of the sabre grind while rounding off the hard edges at the second bevel allowing for easier slicing.
