Negi Toro Futomaki - Ready to Eat Made with wild Massachusetts Bluefin Tuna TORO. Fatty pieces of toro are lightly chopped and rolled with scallion & cucumber for a decadent sushi experience. Futomaki means the nori is rolled the long way, making an extra wide roll. Premium short grain rice, 5 pieces. Why Red's Best Sushi? Locally Sourced - We use local fish in all of our sushi! This means our fish are landed in Massachusetts and up/down the East Coast as we follow the seasonal migrations. This is not the industry standard- imported fish is heavily used in most sushi kitchens. Chain of Custody - Our relationships with local fishermen allows us to preserve complete chain of custody for most fish. We unload the fishing boats ourselves using our drivers and trucks. The fish arrives at our Boston Fish Pier headquarters and is meticulously cut and processed for onsite.
